That being come forth of this antichristian estate unto the freedom and true profession of Christ, besides the1 instructing and well guiding of their own families, they are2 willingly to join together in Christian communion and orderly covenant, and by confession of faith and obedience of Christ, to3 unite themselves into peculiar congregations; wherein, as members of one body whereof Christ is the only head, they are to worship and serve God according to His Word, remembering4 to keep holy the Lord’s day.
